This is one of the most complicated things I make... and also one of the most special. 🍓

This giant strawberry is an original Handy Dandy Brandy design, made entirely from naturally colorful solid maple, mahogany, and padauk hardwoods, with the colors of the wood creating the entire design. No paint or stain!

The vibrant red padauk and mahogany make up the body of the berry, while maple creates the little top. And at 16" × 14.5", she’s a BIG strawberry. 🍓🪵

But behind that cute little berry is an absolutely ridiculous amount of woodworking.

Each Strawberry Board is designed and handmade by me, Brandy! And this one takes some WORK. Most items are made to order, so please allow 2–3 weeks for me to create yours.

Because I’m working with real hardwood, the grain and coloring will naturally vary from piece to piece. No two Strawberries will ever be exactly alike. 🍓🪵✨

And when yours finally gets packed into her box after all those glue-ups, CNC trips, sanding, oiling, and finishing...

Just know that somewhere in Long Beach, me and the boys are very excited for you to open it. 🫡🍓✨

CARE ✦

Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water and dry thoroughly. DO NOT put your Strawberry Board in the dishwasher or leave her soaking in the sink. Water and wood do not mesh!

Store your board on its side so air can circulate around it. Re-oil as needed with Walrus Oil Cutting Board Oil and Wood Wax to help repel moisture, condition the wood, and keep those beautiful natural colors looking their best. You can grab both right here in my shop, or purchase them directly from Walrus Oil’s website. 🍓🪵✨
