You can absolutely cut on the engraved side, but if you want to keep your message looking its best, I recommend doing most of your cutting on the back and saving the front for serving. ❤️

Each Candy Heart is designed and handmade by me, Brandy! Most items are made to order, so please allow 2–3 weeks for me to create yours. If I already have your chosen design in stock, I'll ship it right away.

Because real wood is naturally unique, grain and color will vary slightly from board to board, making each Candy Heart a little different. 🫶

CARE ✦

Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, then allow your board to dry completely. DO NOT put it in the dishwasher or leave it soaking in the sink. Water and wood do not mesh! 😭🪵

After washing, store your Candy Heart on its side so air can circulate around both sides while it dries.

Re-oil as needed with Walrus Oil Cutting Board Oil, followed by Walrus Oil Wood Wax for an extra moisture-repelling barrier and to keep that mahogany looking its best. ✨
